How to Maintain a Constant Spiritual Practice

Rather than postponing our awakening until we can find the perfect environment, we can make our current environment—whatever it is—our laboratory for personal transformation. One place to begin is by learning to gradually create deeper honesty in our relationships, transforming them into relational spaces that can stay open, connected, and intimate.

Learning to transform our relationships with the world immediately around us will help us gain a refined perception of our lives.
